Founder/CEO/LMSW

Erin Fisk, LMSW is the Founder and CEO of Fisk Solutions. A therapist by training, Erin leverages her expertise in human behavior and organizational psychology to deliver sustainable improvements in team health and culture for companies nationwide.

Erin provides individual and couples counseling in the Clinical Division of Fisk Solutions. Her dynamic and unique professional background allows her to connect comfortably with just about anyone and immediately put people at ease.

Erin leads workshops and leadership coaching in the Consulting Division and partners with organizations to develop custom projects tailored to their unique needs. Fisk Solutions has partnered with leading organizations, including Pfizer, Michigan State University, Meijer’s corporate office, Motorola Global Solutions, the Children’s Advocacy Center of Kent County, Mary Free Bed Hospital, and Koch Industries. Erin has been featured in numerous media outlets as an expert on the business case for prioritizing team health and culture in the workplace.

Erin’s passionate about candid, radically honest conversations. She values exploration (of minds and destinations), transformation and grace. She also loves listening to R&B playlists from her childhood, rainy and snowy weather, and choosing what’s right over what’s popular.

Fun Fact: The colors of the Fisk Solutions logo are based on the colors of Erin’s kitchen (orange Formica countertops from the ’70s!)—where the most connection, joy, and meaningful conversations happen.

Marketing and Operations Manager

Kristyn has a warm and welcoming style, close attention to detail, and is a passionate leader in hospitality, vulnerability, authenticity and equitable communities.

After earning her B.S. in English and Nonprofit Communications, Kristyn spent five years as a freelance communications specialist. She launched her copywriting firm, Olive&Root Communications, in 2020 and joined the Fisk Solutions team in October 2022.

When not putting pen to paper or making sure everything is running smoothly, she can be found hosting dinner parties and frequenting local businesses.
