SERVICES & RATES

Rates for therapy services reflect pricing before billing insurance, when applicable. Clients’ out-of-pocket payments (co-pays) are typically $0-40/session but vary based on your individual health plan benefits. Contact your insurance provider to learn more about co-pays and coverage.

Personal Development and Coaching sessions are available for self-pay only.

  • Focused on understanding the thoughts, beliefs, behavior patterns, and experiences that impact your life. Navigate your journey to better wellness with new “tools in the toolbox!” Trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions, along with Erin’s 20+ years of clinical experience, will help you feel better sooner.

    INTAKE SESSION: $180

    ONGOING SESSIONS: $150

  • Invest in the health and recovery of your partnership. While couples therapy is often seen as a "last resort," it's time well spent for any relationship. Can be used for married or non-married partnerships.

    INTAKE & ONGOING SESSIONS: $200

  • Solution-focused sessions to help you become your best. Coaching differs from therapy in how we use practical interventions that create immediate results. Clients are asked to bring specific issues or areas of concern to work through in each session.

    INTAKE SESSION: $162

    ONGOING SESSIONS: $135

  • Intensive sessions for busy professionals, ready to get to work! Come prepared to address various areas of life that feel unmanageable, disorganized, overwhelming or stressful. Leadership development, “Imposter Syndrome,” boundaries in the workplace, and burnout are common topics for these appointments.

    INDIVIDUAL SESSION: $250

    3 MONTH PACKAGE-6 SESSIONS: $1200

ERIN FISK, LMSW

Erin Fisk, LMSW is the Founder and CEO of Fisk Solutions. A therapist by training, Erin leverages her expertise in human behavior and organizational psychology to deliver sustainable improvements in team health and culture for companies nationwide.

Erin’s clinical background includes medical social work, therapeutic interventions and treatment for adults found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity, treatment for adults with severe and persistent mental illness, and outpatient therapy. 

Erin provides individual and couples counseling in her private practice and delivers industry-leading workshops and leadership coaching for businesses that invest in their teams. She’s proudly partnered with leading organizations, including Pfizer, Michigan State University, Meijer’s corporate office, Motorola Global Solutions, the Children’s Advocacy Center of Kent County, Mary Free Bed Hospital, and Koch Industries. Erin has been featured in numerous media outlets as an expert on the business case for prioritizing team health and culture in the workplace. In 2023, Erin developed an executive development program that expands emotional intelligence for leaders, facilitated bi-annually at the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce.
